Possible Strike IBEW 1049 (National Grid)

Brothers and Sisters: 

Yesterday evening, I received a letter from the Labor Relations Department of the LIRR alleging that the text blast that went out Wednesday regarding a possible National Grid strike violated the Railway Labor Act. While we seek a legal opinion from our attorneys, we will err on the side of caution and ask that you continue to perform your work as usual, regardless of the status of negotiations with National Grid and IBEW 1049.
