Just want to say thank you and incredible job by all. There really isn’t much more to say.
There isn’t a day that goes by that I am not proud to be part of this amazing team, but it’s times like this that really stand out. We responded to a major incident and made it virtually invisible to our customers. People cannot truly understand the magnitude of what took place to get the railroad back together in the time frame in which it was done, absolutely amazing. The teamwork, communication, coordination, and willingness to help one another is what we do everyday but was extremely profound during this event. All the employees really stepped up and showed what we are made of, old time railroading.
When things are at their worst, we are at our best!
